Went to Akron branch and wanted change for $100 of 20's and would not do it because I don't have an account there. Guess I'll keep going to BBT.
I walked in there to talk about a loan and asked where a specific teller was and this other teller gave me this unreal attitude. She's all like, "She's in a meeting right now, so your just going to have to wait!" If I didn't need the loan so badly I would have told her to calm the f**k down. Very dissapointed
